The Stamp Ninja method

Job first. Surface second. Size third.

This order prevents most expensive or disappointing stamp choices.

1

Start with the job

Decide what the finished impression must help a person record, repeat, identify or communicate.

2

Check the material

Standard self-inking ink is intended for absorbent matt paper and card. Fabric and non-porous materials need a different route.

3

Choose the impression area

Use the smallest area that keeps the longest line, total lines and important detail comfortably clear.

The rule behind the centre

Advice should lead to a sensible product—not another dead end.

The centre is designed to shorten the route from question to suitable stamp. When a standard product is not appropriate for the material or job, the page says so clearly.

Advice Centre FAQs

Useful answers before you choose a route.

The individual landing pages contain more specific questions for each use.

Where should I start if I do not know the stamp model?

Start with the job, the amount of content and the material you need to stamp. The Stamp Finder can then narrow the suitable Stamp Ninja products without requiring a model number.

Does the stated size describe the plastic stamp body?

No. Product dimensions normally describe the maximum impression area available to the wording or artwork. The outer self-inking mechanism is larger.

Can a standard self-inking stamp mark every surface?

No. Standard water-based ink is made for absorbent matt paper and card. Glossy, coated, plastic, metal, glass and washable fabric require a suitable specialist route.

Will Stamp Ninja check custom artwork?

Custom designs are reviewed before manufacture. Stamp Ninja can contact you if the chosen size or supplied artwork is likely to affect the result, but you should still check spelling, line breaks and the full personalisation preview.

Can Stamp Ninja help with several stamps for one organisation?

Yes. Contact the team with the required wording, quantities, departments and intended use. A clear list helps identify where the same model can be repeated and where a different size or stamp type is needed.

Are prices and availability shown in the advice pages guaranteed?

The live collection and product pages are the final source for current prices, colour options and availability. Advice pages should guide the choice without replacing the live product information.
