Choose QR-only when scanning is the priority
The whole available layout can be used for the QR and its quiet zone. This is the more forgiving route for a dense code, a smaller stamp or repeated operational use.

Add two lines when context matters
Use short wording such as a business name, `SCAN FOR MENU` or `LEAVE A REVIEW`. Long text can shrink both the lettering and usable QR area.

Keep the destination stable
A static QR cannot be changed after the rubber die is made. If a third-party dynamic service controls the redirect, keep that account active.
Protect the quiet zone
Do not crop the clear margin around the code or crowd it with text, borders or artwork. That blank space helps scanners find the symbol.
Upload a crisp square file
Avoid screenshots, blur, compression damage and skew. Use the cleanest source exported by the QR generator.
Test real impressions
Try several stamps on the intended paper, then scan with more than one phone and from realistic angles before using the mark widely.
No physical QR stamp can promise a scan in every condition
Scanning depends on the uploaded code, physical size, ink coverage, paper texture, impression pressure, lighting and the phone being used. Test the finished stamp on the exact material and keep a readable web address available where access is important.
Material matters
Use standard ink on absorbent matt stock
Water-based self-inking stamp ink is made for ordinary matt paper and card. Glossy, coated or non-porous packaging can smudge or fail to dry, which is particularly damaging to the small modules in a QR code.

Do I upload a QR code or enter a web address?
The personaliser ask you to enter your destination URL. Check the web address carefully first, then enter it through the product personaliser and review all other personalisation details before placing your order.
Should I choose the 30mm or 43mm stamp?
Choose 43mm when space allows, especially for a dense code or the QR-plus-text layout. Choose 30mm for compact placement only when the code is simple, bold and proven at the smaller physical size.
What is the difference between QR-only and QR plus text?
QR-only gives the code and its clear margin the greatest share of the impression. The text model adds up to two short lines for a business name or call to action, reducing the area available to the code.
Will every stamped QR code scan?
No physical QR stamp can guarantee this in every condition. Scanning depends on the uploaded code, size, ink coverage, paper, pressure, lighting and device. Test several finished impressions on the intended material before wide use.
Can the destination be changed later?
The rubber die reproduces the uploaded QR image and cannot be altered. A dynamic QR may redirect to a new destination through its provider, but that depends on the external service and any ongoing account or subscription.
Can I stamp glossy packaging?
Standard self-inking ink is intended for absorbent matt paper and card. It can smudge or fail to dry on glossy, coated and non-porous materials, damaging the fine QR pattern.
