Shipping policy
Stamp Ninja prepares and despatches orders from Blackburn. The delivery service begins after an order has been produced, checked and handed into the delivery network.
UK delivery services
Standard
Standard delivery usually aims to arrive within 2-4 working days after despatch.
Standard delivery is free on qualifying UK orders over £15. For orders that do not qualify, the final charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Express Next Day
Express Next Day is the fastest service offered at checkout and aims for delivery on the next working day after despatch. The live checkout confirms availability and price for the delivery address.
Next-day wording refers to the delivery aim after despatch. It does not include production time, weekends, bank holidays or any destination-specific exception unless checkout states otherwise.
Production and same-day despatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays move into the next working-day production queue. Artwork queries, stock issues, unusually large quantities and mixed bespoke orders can require additional time.
If a custom design cannot be produced reliably as supplied, Stamp Ninja may pause production and contact the customer before manufacture. Delivery estimates do not begin until the order has been despatched.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless the checkout expressly describes a service as guaranteed. Delays can occur because of severe weather, seasonal volumes, local disruption or circumstances outside Stamp Ninja's control.
Some postcodes, remote destinations and international addresses can have different services or longer delivery estimates. The live checkout is the final guide to availability and price for the address entered.
Tracking and delivery updates
Once an order is despatched, use the tracking link sent to the contact details supplied at checkout for the latest update. Check spam or junk folders if an expected message is not visible.
A delivery update is generated by the delivery network after despatch. Stamp Ninja cannot control the timing of every tracking scan, but the team can help investigate when a parcel appears delayed or stuck.
Delivery address
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Include the correct postcode, building number or name and any business or department information needed to identify the destination.
If an address needs changing, contact Stamp Ninja immediately with the order number and the correct details. Orders are prepared quickly, so an address cannot always be changed after production or despatch has begun.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
Check the latest tracking update first. If a parcel appears stuck, arrives damaged or is shown as delivered but cannot be found, contact Stamp Ninja promptly with the order number and any useful photographs.
Keep the product and all packaging while the issue is reviewed. Stamp Ninja may need this information to investigate the delivery or arrange an appropriate next step.
