The wording may be simple, but the best layout depends on what the stamp needs to record, how much space is available and how visible the impression should be.
For general paperwork, a simple Approved impression is normally enough. Choose Application Approved for application workflows, or the Approved By and Date layout when you need handwritten accountability.
A border or box increases separation from the surrounding print. Outline lettering gives a lighter appearance. A tick-box version provides a clear place for a manual confirmation mark.
Most current layouts fit a compact 45–47 × 18mm area. One larger Approved design measures 55 × 21mm. Measure the available space on a real form before ordering.
An impression records a step in your workflow; it does not create authority by itself. Staff should still follow your organisation’s approval, checking, signing and record-retention procedures.
The standard water-based ink is intended for absorbent matt paper and card. It is not designed for glossy, laminated, coated or non-porous surfaces. Read the Stamp Ink Guide if the surface is uncertain.
