Does a date stamp change automatically?

No. The date is set manually by turning the wheels on the stamp. Check the characters before each stamping session, especially around month and year changes.

What is the difference between date-only and personalised models?

A date-only model prints the adjustable date. A personalised date stamp combines the adjustable date with your chosen wording, subject to the impression size and options shown on that product page.

How do I choose the right impression size?

Measure the available space on the document, count the required lines and consider the longest line. Choose a larger impression when the wording would otherwise become cramped or difficult to read.

How long will the date bands remain usable?

The final year varies by model and stock generation. Check the current product title, options and photographs for the supplied date range before ordering.

Which surfaces can I stamp?

Standard self-inking stamp ink is water-based and intended for absorbent matt paper and card. It is not suitable for glossy, coated or non-porous surfaces, and it is not intended for clothing.

Can the ink pad be replaced?

Self-inking stamps normally use replaceable cartridges. Match the replacement pad to the exact stamp model shown on the product or contact Stamp Ninja before ordering a cartridge.
