Which signature stamp size should I choose?
Measure the full handwritten signature and choose an impression area slightly larger than its width and height. The 26 × 9mm model suits compact marks, 37 × 12mm is a balanced everyday option, and 48 × 18mm gives wider or taller signatures more room.
What file should I upload?
Use a clear scan or square-on photograph of a dark signature on plain white paper. Include the complete mark and avoid blur, shadows, paper lines and nearby writing.
Can I upload somebody else's signature?
Only upload a signature when you have authority to reproduce and use it. The purchaser is responsible for permission, secure storage and appropriate use of the completed stamp.
Does a signature stamp replace an original signature?
Not automatically. Organisations and documents may require an original handwritten, witnessed or independently verified signature. Confirm the recipient's requirements before using a stamped signature.
Which surfaces can I stamp?
Standard self-inking ink is water-based and intended for absorbent matt paper and card. It is not suitable for glossy, coated or non-porous surfaces, or for clothing.
