Choose by impression area

Start with the amount of space your design needs

A bigger stamp is not automatically better. Choose the smallest impression area that keeps the longest line, number of lines and important detail clear.

We produce it in Blackburn

Stamp Ninja converts the approved personalisation into the stamp artwork, engraves the rubber and assembles the order.

Standard self-inking ink is made for absorbent materials

These products use water-based ink. They are intended for ordinary matt paper, card, envelopes and absorbent packaging—not every material that looks stampable.

  • Suitable: standard paper, untreated card and absorbent cardboard.
  • Not suitable: glossy or coated card, plastic, metal, glass and other non-porous surfaces.
  • Not for clothing: choose the dedicated textile-stamp range instead.

Personalised stamp questions

Useful answers before ordering

How do I choose the right stamp size?

Measure the total area available on the paper or packaging, then choose an impression size slightly smaller than that space. If you are unsure, use the Stamp Finder or ask us before ordering.

Can I use my logo on a personalised stamp?

Yes. For logo-led designs, use our dedicated logo stamp collection so you can choose a model suited to the shape and detail of your artwork.

Which ink colours are available?

Available ink colours vary by stamp model. The options shown on each product page are the colours available for that particular stamp.

Will I see my design before ordering?

The product personaliser lets you create and review your impression before adding the stamp to your basket. Check spelling, spacing and the overall layout carefully.

Can I stamp glossy packaging or clothing?

Standard self-inking stamp ink is intended for absorbent surfaces such as matt paper and card. It is not the right choice for glossy, coated or non-porous materials, or for clothing.

Can you reproduce a stamp I ordered before?

Contact us with your previous order details and we will help identify the stamp and the best route for a repeat order.

Unsure which product will fit your wording?

Use the Stamp Finder for a guided recommendation, or send your requirements to Stamp Ninja before ordering.
