Make the dispatch mark fit your workflow

The right design depends on the available space, whether you need a handwritten record and how strongly the dispatch status should stand out.

Choose the record you need

Use a plain or outline design for a simple status mark. Choose the tick layout for rapid visual confirmation, or By and Date when the paperwork must record who dispatched the order and when.

Choose the visual treatment

The 45 × 5mm plain and outline versions suit tighter spaces. The tick is quick to recognise, while the larger bordered design separates the status clearly from nearby order information.

Check the impression size

The current layouts measure 45 × 5mm, 45 × 10mm or 45 × 18mm. Measure the clear area on a real order sheet, packing slip or dispatch record before choosing.

Build it into a real process

A stamp records a dispatch status; it does not replace the pick, pack, address, carrier and system-update checks in your fulfilment process.

Five practical ink colours

Black: neutral, familiar and easy to photocopy.
Blue: useful when distinguishing an original mark from black print.

Use it on suitable surfaces

The standard water-based ink is intended for absorbent matt paper and card. It is not designed for glossy, laminated, coated or non-porous surfaces. Read the Stamp Ink Guide if the surface is uncertain.

  • Press on a firm, flat surface.
  • Use an even downward action.
  • Test once on scrap paper.
  • Store the stamp upright when practical.

No. These ready-made stamps are supplied with the wording and layout shown in the product gallery. Choose a personalised text stamp if you need different wording.

Which ink colours are available?

The current range offers black, red, blue, green and violet. Choose the required variant on the product page before adding it to your basket.

Do I need a separate ink pad?

No. These are self-inking stamps with an internal ink cartridge, making them convenient for repeated office use.

What surfaces can I stamp?

Use the standard water-based ink on absorbent matt paper and card. It is not suitable for glossy, laminated, coated or non-porous materials.

Which Dispatched layout should I choose?

Choose plain or outline lettering for tight spaces, the tick version for fast visual confirmation, a border for stronger separation, or By and Date when handwritten accountability is needed. Use the product photographs as the final reference.

Does the stamp prove that an order was sent?

No. It records a dispatch status on paperwork. Carrier acceptance, tracking and your order system remain the appropriate evidence of when and how the parcel entered the delivery network.
