One manufacturer, three commercial routes
Stamp Ninja supports organisations ordering stamps for their own teams and locations, resellers buying finished products for onward sale, and approved partners who need neutral direct-to-customer fulfilment.
The right route depends on who owns the customer relationship, whether the artwork repeats or changes, and where each finished order needs to go. That is why trade pricing is quoted privately rather than reduced through a public discount code.
Choose the right route
Three ways to work with Stamp Ninja
Choose according to who uses the stamps, who handles the customer and where the completed order is delivered.
Bulk custom stamp orders
Order matching or individually personalised stamps for teams, branches, departments, sites and operational processes. Delivery can be consolidated to one address or discussed for multiple locations.
Trade stamp production
Add personalised stamps to your existing print, signage, stationery or promotional-products service without bringing stamp manufacture in-house.
Neutral white-label dispatch
You take the customer order and retain the relationship. Stamp Ninja manufactures the approved order and dispatches it in neutral packaging under the agreed service.
Potential partners
Built for repeat and multi-order requirements
From a single organisation standardising its paperwork to a printer adding personalised stamps to its catalogue.
Printers and sign makers
Extend an existing custom-product service with stamps that complement business cards, stationery, signage and packaging.
Stationery and office suppliers
Offer address, date, accounts and document stamps without holding every body, pad and impression size yourself.
Multi-site organisations
Standardise wording, layouts and models across offices, schools, healthcare teams, warehouses or branches.
Online resellers
Add personalised stamps to a website or marketplace catalogue while an experienced production partner handles manufacture.

Commercial clarity
What is agreed before orders begin
Clear responsibilities protect your customer relationship and prevent avoidable artwork, delivery and returns problems.
Private trade pricing
Pricing reflects the model, quantity, repeating or variable artwork, packing, dispatch and support required. Retail customers do not receive an unrestricted trade code.
Artwork responsibility
Production-ready files provide the simplest route. Where artwork preparation or extensive checking is required, the process and any charge are agreed in advance.
Dispatch and presentation
Orders can be delivered to the account holder or, when approved, sent neutrally to an end customer. Bespoke branded packaging is not assumed.
Payment and credit
New accounts normally begin with payment before production. Credit terms are considered only after an appropriate trading history and approval.

Trade questions
Trade stamp supply questions
Straight answers about pricing, artwork, dispatch and account arrangements.
What is the difference between bulk, trade and white-label supply?
Bulk supply is for an organisation buying stamps for its own use. Trade supply is for a business buying stamps to resell or include in its own service. White-label fulfilment adds neutral direct dispatch from Stamp Ninja to the reseller’s customer.
Are trade prices displayed publicly?
No. A useful quotation depends on the stamp model, quantity, artwork variation, packing, delivery and expected order frequency. Pricing is discussed privately after the requirement has been reviewed.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the service and product. Bulk quotations are normally most useful from around ten personalised stamps. Reseller and fulfilment arrangements are assessed according to the likely order pattern rather than one universal minimum.
Can every stamp contain different information?
Yes, subject to an agreed artwork and data workflow. Individually named or numbered stamps require different handling from a batch using one identical design, so include this detail in the enquiry.
Can Stamp Ninja send orders directly to our customers?
Approved white-label accounts can use neutral direct dispatch under an agreed workflow. Packaging, paperwork, tracking, returns and customer-support responsibilities are confirmed before orders begin.
Do you supply genuine COLOP products?
Stamp Ninja is authorised to supply genuine COLOP products and can help match suitable stamp bodies and replacement cartridges for repeat requirements.
