Neutral UK fulfilment for approved resellers
White-label stamp fulfilment
You take the personalised stamp order. Stamp Ninja manufactures it in Blackburn and dispatches it neutrally to your customer under an agreed workflow.
Neutral packaging, defined responsibilities and no Stamp Ninja retail paperwork inside the agreed fulfilment order.
OUR WORKSHOP Trade ready
Established UK production with practical stamp knowledge.
Artwork checking, manufacture and dispatch handled by the team.
Genuine COLOP products with model-specific support.
Extend your catalogue without exposing the production partner
White-label fulfilment is designed for approved resellers that own the customer relationship but do not want every personalised stamp routed through their own premises.
You capture the order and provide the agreed artwork or data. Stamp Ninja manufactures the product, packs it without normal retail promotional material and sends it to the delivery address you supply. Your business remains responsible for the customer-facing sale unless the written arrangement states otherwise.
What the service covers
A clear division between selling and making
Each business concentrates on the part of the order it is equipped to handle.
Sell and support the customer
Your business controls the listing, retail price, payment, customer communication, promised specification and approval experience.
Manufacture the approved order
Stamp Ninja uses the supplied production information to make the agreed stamp product and prepare it for dispatch.
Dispatch without retail promotion
The parcel is sent to your customer in neutral packaging with the agreed delivery service and tracking process.
Best-fit partners
Who white-label fulfilment suits
Most useful when order capture is already reliable and the partner can provide complete production information.
Web-to-print businesses
Businesses already capturing customer text, artwork and approval through an organised online workflow.
Online personalised-product sellers
Retailers adding stamps beside signs, labels, stationery, gifts, packaging or business products.
Print and design studios
Studios that want to offer stamps nationally without forwarding every finished parcel themselves.
Established marketplace sellers
Sellers able to transfer complete orders, meet platform service levels and retain first-line customer support.
Order journey
How a fulfilled stamp order moves
The customer should experience one coherent retailer even though production happens behind the scenes.
Your customer orders
The reseller collects the correct product choice, personalisation, delivery details and payment through its own sales channel.
You approve and submit
The reseller checks spelling, artwork, product match and customer approval before sending the complete production order to Stamp Ninja.
Stamp Ninja manufactures
The approved file is made against the agreed product specification. Questions or unusable files are returned through the reseller contact.
The order is dispatched neutrally
The parcel travels directly to the supplied customer address without Stamp Ninja’s normal retail promotional material.
Products suitable for a controlled fulfilment range
Begin with a deliberately limited range of dependable self-inking text, address and logo stamp sizes. Add dates, specialist stamps or accessories only when options, artwork rules and customer expectations can be represented accurately.
- Personalised text and address stamps
- Custom logo and packaging stamps
- Date and document-control stamps
- Signature and QR code stamps
- UV security and specialist stamps
- COLOP replacement cartridges and accessories
Protect the customer experience
Responsibilities that must be agreed
White-label fulfilment succeeds when customer communication, approvals, data, packaging, tracking, returns and faults have clear owners.
Customer data
Only the information required to manufacture and deliver the order should be shared. Both businesses must understand their data-protection responsibilities.
Proof and spelling approval
The reseller must know whether the submitted artwork is final. Customer-approved errors are different from manufacturing faults and require different remedies.
Packaging and paperwork
Define exactly what neutral packaging excludes, what delivery label appears and whether any reseller-supplied insert is practical at the agreed volume.
Returns and support
Agree where customers are directed, where returns go, who replaces faulty products and how delivery exceptions are communicated.
Cut-offs and service levels
Retail promises on Stamp Ninja’s own website do not automatically become the reseller SLA. Submission times, exceptions and production capacity are agreed separately.
Marketplace compliance
The reseller remains responsible for the rules, metrics and customer promises of its selling platform unless a written agreement explicitly allocates a task elsewhere.
Propose a white-label workflow
Tell us where you sell, how customers customise, what production files you receive and the expected monthly order volume.
Trade questions
White-label fulfilment questions
Important operational answers before promising the service to your customers.
Will the parcel show the Stamp Ninja brand?
The recommended white-label service uses neutral packaging and excludes normal Stamp Ninja retail promotional material. The precise label, paperwork and packaging arrangement must be confirmed before launch.
Can you use our branded packaging or inserts?
Potentially, but not as the default starting service. Branded packaging creates storage, stock-control and handling requirements and is most sensible after stable, proven order volume.
Who answers the end customer’s questions?
The reseller normally owns first-line customer service because the customer bought from that business. Stamp Ninja supports the reseller with production or product information under the agreed account route.
Who is responsible for spelling or artwork errors?
The party approving and submitting the final production information is normally responsible for customer-supplied or approval errors. Stamp Ninja remains responsible for manufacturing the approved order correctly.
Can you fulfil Amazon, eBay, Etsy or Shopify orders?
A workflow can be discussed, but acceptance is not automatic. The reseller must explain the platform, available files, delivery data, service metrics, order volume and how customer messages or returns are handled.
Is there a minimum monthly volume?
Accounts are assessed individually. Low-volume fulfilment may require a per-order handling charge, while a formal account is more attractive when the partner can demonstrate regular suitable orders.
Will you contact our customer directly?
Not as part of the normal neutral-fulfilment route. Production questions should pass through the reseller unless a specific, transparent exception has been agreed.
