The compact scan-first choice

30mm compact format · QR code only

Designed for smaller stamping spaces. It works best with a simple, bold and low-density QR code. The impression is dedicated to the uploaded QR code, maximising the space available to its modules and clear margin.

Best for: Limited stamping spaces where supporting wording is already printed nearby.
Scan guidance: More QR room than the 30mm text model, but still use a simple code with a clear margin.

What this exact layout is good at

Limited stamping spaces where supporting wording is already printed nearby.

Useful destinations: Website links · Digital menus · Contact forms · Social profiles · Digital business cards

What to watch before ordering

Avoid complex or heavily tracked URLs. The compact physical size leaves less tolerance for ink spread and uneven pressure.

Layout check: No personalised text belongs inside this layout. Put any explanation in the surrounding packaging or printed design.

Personalise in the right order

Three steps from link to production artwork

1

Create the QR code first

Use a stable destination and export a crisp, square, high-contrast QR code with its blank margin intact. Test the source file.

2

Upload it in Zepto

Place the ready-made code inside the available design area. This model is QR-only, so do not add text inside the impression.

3

Review the whole preview

Check the code is square, uncropped and not stretched. Verify every option before adding the personalised stamp to the basket.

Upload checklist

Give the rubber die a scan-friendly source

Stable destination

Use a page or managed redirect you expect to keep. A static code cannot be edited after production.

Short, low-density data

A shorter direct URL normally creates fewer modules than a long tracked link, making a physical stamp more forgiving.

Clear quiet zone

Do not crop or cover the blank margin around the QR code. Avoid borders, logos and text touching the modules.

Crisp source image

Avoid photographs, screenshots, blur, skew and heavy compression. Upload the clean export from the QR generator.

Test the finished impression before relying on it

Make several practice impressions on the intended matt paper or card. Scan them with more than one phone, under realistic lighting and from different angles. No physical QR stamp can guarantee a scan in every condition.

Use absorbent matt paper and card

Standard self-inking ink is water-based. It needs an absorbent surface and a firm, even press to reproduce the small QR modules cleanly.

Avoid glossy and non-porous stock

Ink can smudge or fail to dry on coated card, plastic, foil and glossy packaging. Even small smears can prevent a QR code from scanning.

Product questions

Before you create this QR stamp

Do I upload a QR code or enter a web address?

The current product uses an uploaded, ready-made QR code. Create and test the QR first, then upload its clean source file through the personaliser.

Can I add wording to this model?

No. This is the QR-code-only layout. Choose the matching `QR code + two lines of text` product if supporting wording must appear in the impression.

Will every impression scan?

No physical QR stamp can guarantee a scan in every condition. Results depend on the uploaded code, size, ink coverage, material, pressure, lighting and phone. Test several real impressions before relying on the mark.

Can I change the QR destination later?

The rubber die permanently reproduces the uploaded QR image. A dynamic QR may redirect elsewhere through its provider, but that depends on the external service and any ongoing account or subscription.

Which surfaces work best?

Use standard self-inking stamp ink on absorbent matt paper and card. Glossy, coated and non-porous stock can smudge or fail to dry, damaging the fine QR modules.

How should I test the finished stamp?

Make several impressions on the intended material, allow normal drying time and scan them with more than one phone under realistic lighting and from different angles.

Need more physical room for the code?

Compare all four QR stamp layouts or use the detailed QR guide before submitting the production artwork.
