Before adding to basket
Three checks that prevent the wrong stamp
The physical product is simple. The decision about wording, authority and record-keeping deserves the careful part.
Read the complete impression
Use the product photographs as the exact reference; fixed wording cannot be changed after purchase.
Plan the remaining evidence
Leave room for the signature, printed name, date, contact details or retained records required by the actual process.
A stamp does not create certification or compliance
Compare the complete impression in the gallery with the wording requested by the receiving organisation. The mark records wording; responsibility remains with the person carrying out the process.
Standard ink needs an absorbent surface
Use on ordinary matt paper and card. Water-based self-inking ink is not suitable for glossy, coated or non-porous materials unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Product questions
Before you use this stamp
Does this stamp make the document legally certified?
No. It repeats the displayed wording. The responsible person must perform the comparison or check and add the signature, date and other evidence required by the recipient or current rules.
Can the wording be changed?
No. This product is supplied with the fixed wording visible in its product photographs. Choose another model or contact Stamp Ninja if that statement does not match the requirement.
What must I check before ordering?
Compare the complete impression in the gallery with the wording requested by the receiving organisation.
Which surfaces can I stamp?
Use standard self-inking stamp ink on absorbent matt paper and card. It is not intended for glossy, coated or non-porous surfaces unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
Should I make a test impression?
Yes. Test on spare paper first to check orientation, coverage and the complete wording. Then place the working impression where every line and any required signing area remain clear.
Can I replace the ink cartridge?
Self-inking stamps normally use replaceable cartridges. Match the cartridge to the exact stamp model and required ink colour, or ask Stamp Ninja to confirm the fit before ordering.
Need to compare the wording?
Return to the complete legal-stamp range or ask Stamp Ninja for product help after confirming the statement required by the recipient.
