What signature file should I upload?
Use a clear scan or square-on photograph of a dark signature on plain white paper. Include the complete mark and avoid blur, shadows, paper lines and nearby writing.
How do I know whether this size is right?
Measure the full width and height of the signature, including loops and flourishes, then make sure it fits comfortably inside the impression dimensions in the product title.
Will I see the signature before ordering?
The product personaliser shows the uploaded mark and selected layout. Check the full preview carefully before adding the stamp to the basket.
Can I reproduce another person's signature?
Only upload and reproduce a signature when you have authority to do so. The purchaser is responsible for permission, secure storage and appropriate use.
Does the stamp replace an original signature?
Not automatically. Some organisations and documents require an original handwritten, witnessed or independently verified signature. Confirm the recipient's requirements before using a stamped signature.
Can I use it on glossy card or clothing?
No. Standard self-inking ink is water-based and intended for absorbent matt paper and card. It is not suitable for glossy, coated or non-porous surfaces, and clothing requires the textile-stamp range.
