A stamp is a one-colour version of the logo
Brand colours, gradients and photographs are not printed as they appear on screen. The rubber die creates the design using one selected ink colour.

Logo stamp questions
Which logo file should I upload?
Use the clearest original file accepted by the uploader. A high-resolution image with a plain or transparent background is preferable to a screenshot, compressed preview or photograph of a screen.
Will the stamp reproduce my logo colours?
No. A conventional rubber stamp creates the complete design in the selected ink colour. Check that the logo remains recognisable as solid one-colour artwork without gradients, shadows or photographic effects.
How do I know whether this size is right?
Measure the intended stamping space and inspect the smallest lettering or fine detail in the preview. Choose a larger impression if important elements become cramped or difficult to read.
Is my artwork checked before manufacture?
Artwork is checked for engraving suitability before manufacture. You should still review the complete personalisation, spelling, scale, orientation and cropping carefully before placing the order.
Can I stamp glossy packaging or clothing?
No. Standard self-inking ink is water-based and intended for absorbent matt paper and card. It is not suitable for glossy, coated or non-porous packaging, and clothing requires the textile-stamp range.
Can the ink cartridge be replaced?
Self-inking stamps normally use replaceable cartridges. Match the replacement pad to the exact stamp model shown on the product or contact Stamp Ninja before ordering a cartridge.
